This four pack of 12 oz cans features some of our most talked about coffees from award-winning coffee producer Wilton Benitez: our Wilton Benitez Yellow Bourbon (x2) and our Wilton Benitez Sudan Rume (x2). We taste so many fruit and floral notes in these coffees including funfetti, orange, jasmine, and lemongrass in the Wilton Benitez Yellow Bourbon and Juicy Fruit gum, tangerine, cardamom, and intense florals in our Wilton Benitez Sudan Rume. The Brewing Process. Our cooler coffees were produced with SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) coffee brewing specifications to extract rich, crisp and complex flavors. They were batch brewed, hot, to capture the nuance of the fruit and floral notes in these special coffees and then chilled fast to preserve these flavors. Unlike a traditional cold brew which tends to reduce acidity and homogenize a coffee’s flavor, this brewing method maintains all the complexities and sparkling acidity that make these coffees so unique.
