Cooler Coffees are back and cooler than ever! Introducing our new limited release Wilton Benitez Cooler Coffees. These coffees are everything that canned coffee usually isn’t; vibrant, expressive, captivating, and unique. Each pack comes with 4 12 oz cans each of our coolest coffees: Wilton Benitez’s award-winning Pink Bourbon, Orange Bourbon, Red Bourbon, and Yellow Bourbon. We roasted the rainbow! All coffees were roasted by JBC and packed in a low oxygen environment to give you delicious, shelf stable coffee that’s ready when you are. This is not your average cold coffee!
The Brewing Process. Our Cooler Coffees were produced with SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) coffee brewing specifications to extract complex flavors. They were batch brewed hot to capture the nuance of the fruit and floral notes in these special coffees and then chilled fast to preserve these flavors. Unlike a traditional cold brew which tends to reduce acidity and homogenize a coffee’s flavor, this brewing method maintains all the complexities and sparkling acidity that make these coffees so unique. If you want a unique ready-to-drink coffee experience, this is the cooler coffee for you!
