The Fellow Stagg is not only one of the most aesthetically pleasing kettles on the market but its ease of use and ability to bring water efficiently and effectively up to temp are just some of the reasons we exclusively use these kettles on our brew bar at JBC! This kettle works great if you just need hot water but there are loads of features packed in if you want to level up your home brewing game. You can schedule what time you want the kettle to reach temperature in the morning, schedule your adjustable hold times, and use Fellow’s guide mode to help you select the optimal water temp for your preferred beverage.
