About Perfiles. This organic, fair trade coffee is grown by smallholder farmers contributing their coffee cherry to the Perfiles Cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. Founded in 2019, the Perfiles Cooperative works with 219 members in a region known for producing some of the country’s best coffee. The people in this region are highly regarded for their unwavering connection to the land, engaging in agricultural practices that not only sustain their livelihoods but also embody a deep respect for nature.
