New Kenya Coffee! Another stunner of a coffee that is big-bodied, lush and fruit forward! Our new Ngomano Kenya is a lovely example of a berry-forward (think cranberry and cherry) Kenya with a gratifying lime and pear kick. This delicious coffee boasts tasting notes of cranberry, pear lime seltzer, sweet cherry tomato, red currant, red grape, and cherry. If you love the classic Kenya profile with a crisp citrus kick, this coffee is for you. Our cupping team (and Royal Coffee’s cupping team who dubbed this a Crown Jewel) highly recommend snagging a bag or two while supplies last!

Crown jewel coffees are distinctive, super-specialty green microlots that have been identified by the Royal cupping team as some of the best coffees on the planet.

Farm Level Info. This coffee hails from smallholder farmers located near the Ngomano Factory in central Kenya. The Ngomano Factory is the sole washing station belonging to the Ngomano Farmer Cooperative Society (FCS) which subsequently belongs to the umbrella organization Machakos Cooperative Union. Machakos represents 28 societies in the county and offers benefits to its member commonly provided by 3rd party service providers elsewhere in Kenya, including dry milling, farmer training, marketing, and subsidized farm inputs.
